The Daily Catalyst Of Change

Ywam

So the ywam medical ship has been in town at the port for the last week and a whole heap of local ywamers have hit town. So anyways back to the story. We had a lovely group of people come to our service at church this morning. They explained about how they are doing cataract and denistry onboard the ship and how 70% of PNG people can have their sight restored with just a pair of glasses. So I would like to take this opportunity to encourage all my followers to check out ywamships.org and see what it’s all about and maybe help them out in whatever way you can. Remember we are called to be the change. Thanks guys

Why I don’t go to parties

Last night I thought I might accompany my cousin and his friends to a party. First time I’ve been to a party. (didn’t look much like a party) and anyways, these two girls decided to have a fight over my cousin. What I witnessed was so wrong. Why do people do that other people.

So therefore i don’t honestly see the point of a party. more like a social gathering where people see how quickly they can get drunk and start doing things they regret (I don’t drink. I honestly don’t see the point in wasting so much money and i have seen what happens when alcohol is abused)

So therefore I Have had my whinge.

Keep it real guys

Here are some ways to know if you’re a catalyst of change:

1. Do you take your discontent as information that something needs to change?
2. Do you take your complaints and transform them into constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement?
3. Do you personally lead change initiatives or wait for others to do it?
4. Do you continue to advocate change even if you meet resistance or opposition?
5. Are you willing to tolerate the discomfort that occurs in the transition from the old to the new?

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice there is little we can do to change until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds.

Time does not exist except for change.
